Success For Ken-Bu-Kan’s Elite Athletes At the Central England International Open

Fresh from winning the WIKF World Championships, England No.1 Athletes Nikkisha Bailey and Joe Kellaway travelled to the midlands to compete in the Central England International Open Championships.  This was even further preparation for their biggest test to date, the WKF World Junior & Cadet Championships later on in the year. 

Joe Kellaway (England’s No.1 Junior Middleweight) took Gold medal in the Junior <72k event and then added Bronze as he entered the Junior Open category.

With back to back titles, both Athletes are now starting to gather some momentum and confidence which should help them at the World Championships in Spain.
